Hi guys, writing this article makes me quite exciting, you know why? Well, this post is is about my first YouTube video! I really want to do this for such a long time and I finally had the chance to do it. My first YouTube video basically entails all information regarding my footwear essentials during the winter season (specifically black shoes)
Keep reading in order to get to know more information about my shoes.
1. Clarks Original Leather Desert Boots. These bad boys were made for walking. Trust me, they are so comfortable even when you're wearing a pair of sock underneath that is made out of thicker fabric. I got these originally from wwww.clarks.com , but you can also buy these at Urban Outfitters or ASOS etc (plenty of choices). They usually come in a broad range of colours, fabrics or patterns. I've seen lots of bloggers who got the ones in suede, but I thought I would go for a different direction, so I picked up the leather ones and I didn't regret it once.
2. Underground Creepers.
Creeper or brother creepers are a type of shoe usually with suede uppers and thick crepe soles. As you can all see from the attached pictures above, I got mine in leather and a single crepe sole instead of the thick ones. Without a doubt Creepers shoes are a statement trend, those chunky platform soled master pieced are out there when it comes to mainstream British fashion and although not everyone's cup of tea retailers alike are going ahead with this one! So I suspect to see them a lot in the Netherlands anytime soon
3. Leather Chelsea Boots VS Patent Leather Chelsea Boots
The chelsea boot became very popular amongst men, thanks to popular figures, such as The Beatles adopting the style. On top of that, they continue to remain an extremely popular choice. Designers like Grenson, Paul Smith and more more have been using these boots for their AW12 &13 Fashion weeks. For instance, Balenciaga illustrated the Chelsea boot as their key footwear silhouette, showcasing in striking white leather and oxidized silver snakeskin.
The first Chelsea boots were from Clarks, whereas the second ones were from ASOS. The former is unfortunately unavailable but if you want to get your hands on those patent leather boots, well that is possible. Just simply click here
The Chelsea boot stems from it versatility. Simply put, they're easy to dress up with sleek, slim fit tailoring or down with jeans and knitwear at the weekend. The choice is really up to you! Have fun:D
4. Doc MartensThe air-cushioned boots come in all types of colours, and even though Doc Martens are still a trend now, they were huuuge in the '90s. Street kids in the UK made it one with punk and mod culture, which then made the boots establish themselves into grunge and every other ''indie'' trend imaginable.
The spectacularly studded shoes are heavy on embellishments and attitude. Loved by both men and women, studs have been added to nearly every accessory, but arguably work best on footwear.
From pumps to sneakers and everything in between, shoes have been getting a punk rock makeover for a while now Whether they be embossed with crystals or metal studs, the three dimensional attribute of studs adds an interesting visual element to fashion pieces. LOVE it or
Converse Sneakers are the most recognizable footwear in the world with fans like Diane Kruger, Alexa Ching, and Rosie Huntington-Whitely- are certified classics. After all, no other shoe has garnered such a diverse group fans, from beloved '80s TV characters (Punky Brewster) to early '90s rock stars (Kurt Cobain) and Hollywood actresses (Kristen Stewart).
Until next time, have a great day, have a great week!♥
